8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
crumbled blue cheese
milk
Garlic powder or garlic salt
Pepper
Powdered Ranch Dressing Mix
Dried Dill Weed
Celery Seed
Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and enough milk to get the consistency you want. Stir in crumbled blue cheese. Add ranch dressing mix, garlic powder or garlic salt, pepper, and dill weed, to taste. The proportions are all relative. You probably don't want to use the entire package of ranch dressing mix unless you are making a double batch of the dip. Serve with white corn tortilla strips. Feeds a hungry mob!
